The Grand Paris Express, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe, aims to modernize mobility in Île-de-France with over 200 km of new automated metro lines. This ambitious project enhances connectivity between the suburbs and reduces travel times, driving regional economic development. We supported subcontractors on Lines 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and EOLE, providing precise services in contract management, claim management, and risk management advisory for construction and industrial markets. Our involvement strengthened contractual performance and improved project efficiency.

CDG EXPRESS – SNCF RÉSEAU ( €4 billion)
The CDG Express project, strategically important for mobility in Île-de-France, connects Paris directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport in just 20 minutes, offering travelers a fast, reliable, and comfortable alternative. TraINsolutions collaborated with CDG Express | SNCF Réseau, leveraging its expertise in audits, contractual engineering, and the management of complex claims. Our involvement helped strengthen contractual compliance and improve risk anticipation.

BRY VILLIERS CHAMPIGNY – SNCF RÉSEAU (€100 Million)
The Bry Villiers Champigny new station project, developed by SNCF Réseau, is part of a broader strategy to enhance mobility in Île-de-France. Located at the strategic crossroads of Villiers-sur-Marne, Champigny-surMarne, and Bry-sur-Marne, the station aims to optimize accessibility and connectivity across the region. TraINsolutions contributed its expertise by analyzing the legal risks associated with the project, helping to

MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

WORKSHOPS AND STATIC INFRASTRUCTURE – SNCF ( €800 million)
The fixed installations projects for SNCF Voyageurs (public french railways company) aim to modernize and optimize railway maintenance infrastructure by upgrading workshops, safety systems, and energy management systems. These improvements reduce train immobilization, enhance safety, increase energy efficiency, and improve working conditions. TraINsolutions contributed to contract and claim management, including the analysis of contractual disputes (DRC), negotiations, account closures, strategic monitoring, an optimized overall performance.

 

TSEE 4.0, TECHNICENTRE SUD EST EUROPÉEN DU FUTUR ( €300 million )
The Technicentre Sud-Est Européen 4.0 (TSEE) project modernizes the site to accommodate the TGV M, with key subprojects such as the Tour en Fosse (TEF), Vérin en Fosse (VEF), the 8-Track Workshop (A8V), and a Multi-purpose Building (BMS), integrating specialized maintenance infrastructure.
